Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

Users are people who purchase and offer services on Setapat.

One-Off Plan offers services for short term design projects 

Customized Plan offers exclusive proposals that a User can get quotations in response to specific design requirements.

Custom Orders are requests made by a User to receive a Custom Offer from Setapat.

Quick Delivery Charges are additional service fees offered for a faster delivery time across packages

Resizing Charges are additional service fees offered for an additional price defined by the resize type.

Design Packages (Basic, Standard, & Premium) are under One-Off Plan offer services in different formats and prices.

Mark As Confidential is a checkbox that enables users to control order deliverables  setapat can share under design samples, collections, and top designs.

Order Page is where Users write a proposed design brief and communicate with Setapat concerning tan order.

Orders are the formal agreements between a User and Setapat after a payment has been made.

These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms of Service set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service . For Setapat Users (Service Users)

General Usage & Agreements
• You must be 18 years or older to use Setapat for all purposes.
• By using Setapat, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service.
Ordering & Payments
• Orders are formal agreements made after payment.
• Payment must be completed before design work begins.
• No refunds after payment, except for cases where Setapat fails to meet delivery deadlines.
Design Plans & Delivery
• One-Off Plan: Plan for short term design projects via the Standard, Basic, and Premium packages with different pricing
• Customized Plan: Plan for specific/project based on client requests.
• Delivery Time: 6–24 hours plus  depending on the package, page numbers.
• Quick Delivery: Extra chargers with extra charges for urgent requests.
Edits/Revision & Additional Charges
• Each plan includes a specific number of revisions. Exceeding revision limits incurs additional fees.
• Resizing charges apply separately.
Dispute Resolution & Refund Policy
• If Setapat fails to deliver on time, users may receive: A bonus design or A 25% refund (if requested and submission approved)
• Users must attempt to resolve disputes directly with Setapat before escalating further.

For Setapat Designers (Service Providers)

Work Process & Commitments
• Delivery must be within the agreed timeline.
• Communication with users is open in the chatroom.
Revisions & Resizing
• Designers must accommodate revisions/resizing within the limits of each package.
• Extra revision requests will be attended to too within the limits of each package.
Urgent & Late Deliveries
• Urgent delivery requests must be within the agreed timeline.
• Late deliveries may lead to a compromise in our delivery terms which are consequential for the defaulter.
Confidentiality & Ownership
• Designs created remain the intellectual property of Setapat unless otherwise stated.
• Designers must not share client designs.
Compliance & Termination
• Designers must adhere to quality standards set by Setapat.
• Breach of terms may result in suspension, lawsuit or termination of access to the platform. See the Non Disclosure, Non Solicit and Non-Compete agreement for more details.
